Rose Wong possesses a Bachelor Degree from University of Malaya (majored in Psychology Counseling). Rose has more than 13 years of working experience as HR professional in local multi-national companies. Prior to HR Consulting, her last employment was a Regional HR Manager in SEEK Asia (Jobstreet.com & jobsDB.com) for both HR operations and HR project management. Her experiences in HR including Strategic HR Management, Organization Restructuring and Development, Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits Review and Alignment, Employee Engagement, Regional HR Policies and Processes, HR Budgeting and Control, HR Audits, Business Closure, Regional Merger and Acquisition. Dr MC Leong
Dr Leong started in the IT corporate sales and marketing for 8 years before progressing to academia in pursuit for his higher degree. At the age of 31, he is one of the youngest Associate Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2003 and he coaches project managers to be PMP-certified.
He has a Ph.D. degree in Information Technology from Open University Malaysia, a M.Sc. degree in Information Technology for Manufacture from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Technology (Electronic Engineering) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Malaysia. Dr Leong has the opportunity to capitalize on project management knowledge by interacting with his Middle East and Asia clients during his consultancy work and delivery of training courses in IT Project Management, Technical and Generic Project Management. He uses this knowledge and turn them into real world project management case studies, consultancy and lessons learnt that are beneficial to his clients.
Vigneswaran has more than 14 years of experience in lecturing, research, management, and training in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, and Higher Education. Leveraging on his industrial and training experience, Vigneswaran develops soft skills training programmes with an 80/20 approach; 80% practical, 20% lecture accompanied by a training manual individually customized for each programme. He is also a registered member of Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK.

Dr. FRANCES PENAFORT is a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation, USA. Her background is coloured with a myriad of work experiences. This includes being an academic for 24 years, a management consultant to MNCs in Malaysia and overseas (Finland, Denmark, Australia, China, India, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei) as well as being an executive coach to organisations, both public listed as well as government-linked.

Tee Chi Jiuan (CJ)
CJ has been in the field of Human Capital operations for more than 20 years. Prior to HR consulting, CJ worked in Sidel as Zone Human Resources Director for South-East Asia Pacific region covering Malaysia, Japan, Korea, India, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Australia. Some of the key projects lead by CJ in the region including Employee Engagement, Implementation of SAP-HR, Performance and Rewards Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning. Prior to Sidel, her working experience includes in the Property and Investment Company, Consulting firm, Telco, Manufacturing and Trading Company.
CJ initiated, developed and implemented some of the key projects including Performance Management System, Performance Link Rewards System, HR SOP, Employee Satisfaction Survey and Competency Modelling for Finance Division.
Catherine has been in the field of Human Capital Operations for over 15 years. She brings with her a broad and varied industry experience from property development and constructions, livestock, manufacturing and plantation, financial institutions to SMEs.
Prior to HR consulting, Catherine was attached to a local Public Listed Company as Head of Group HR involved in designing and implementing HR strategies. She has been actively working in partnership with the Leadership and Management team members to provide insightful HR interventions. She drives HR initiatives such as job analysis and job grading, salary benchmark and benefits review to ensure the company's compensation and benefits structure is at par with market competitiveness. Catherine builds HR capabilities and human resource systems by implementing HR SOP and internal audit procedure to ensure compliance to local laws and regulations.
