Before venturing into HR consulting, Catherine held a pivotal role as the Head of Group HR in a local Public Listed Company. In this capacity, she led the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives,
collaborating closely with leadership and management teams to deliver impactful HR interventions. Catherine was instrumental in spearheading various HR projects, including job analysis, job grading, salary benchmarking, and benefits review, ensuring that the company’s compensation and benefits structure remained competitive within the market.

A firm believer in building robust HR capabilities, Catherine established and enforced HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal audit procedures to uphold compliance with local laws and regulations, thereby fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the organization.
