CJ brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the realm of Human Capital operations. Before venturing into HR consulting, CJ served as the Zone Human Resources Director for South-East Asia Pacific at Sidel. In this role, she oversaw HR operations across a vast geographical expanse, spanning Malaysia, Japan, Korea, India, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Australia.

Among her notable achievements in the region, CJ spearheaded several pivotal projects, including initiatives focused on Employee Engagement, SAP-HR Implementation, Performance and Rewards Management, Talent Management, and Succession Planning. Her diverse professional background encompasses roles in the Property and Investment Company, Consulting firm, Telco, Manufacturing, and Trading Company.

Throughout her career, CJ has been instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and executing various strategic initiatives. She played a pivotal role in the implementation of crucial projects such as the Performance Management System, Performance Link Rewards System, HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Employee Satisfaction Surveys, and Competency Modelling for the Finance Division.
